I specialize in helping children, emerging adults, and parents navigate complex emotional experiences, relationship challenges, and longstanding patterns that may no longer serve them. My goal is to facilitate meaningful, lasting change by creating a therapeutic space where healing, growth, and self-discovery can unfold naturally.
Grounded in attachment theory and informed by psychodynamic, humanistic, developmental, mindfulness, and trauma-focused approaches, I view symptoms and behaviors as meaningful expressions of underlying experiences, needs, and adaptations. Together, we work to deepen self-understanding, strengthen resilience, and access the inner resources necessary for healing through a relationship built on safety, trust, curiosity, and authentic human connection.
I have particular experience working with childhood adversity, developmental and relational trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and difficulties in relationships. Whether through conversation, play, creative expression, or experiential interventions, therapy is tailored to the developmental needs and unique strengths of each client.
My office is intentionally designed to provide a comfortable, private, and welcoming environment where meaningful exploration, healing, and personal transformation can unfold.
